What time zone does Come See Costa Rica use?
Come See Costa Rica operates on Costa Rica local time: GMT-6 (UTC-6) year-round. Costa Rica does not observe daylight saving time.
What time is used for website requests and submissions?
For our operational reference, website requests are recorded with a Costa Rica local-time timestamp (GMT-6), regardless of where the traveler is located when the request is sent.
Are your tours private?

Do you provide private airport transfers?
Yes. We coordinate private transportation from SJO and LIR airports as well as door-to-door transfers between major destinations throughout Costa Rica.
Can you arrange a return transfer back to SJO or LIR?
Yes. Transfers can be coordinated in either direction, including transportation from major destinations back to SJO or LIR airports.
What is the difference between a Private Transfer and VIP & Executive Transportation?
A Private Transfer is dedicated door-to-door transportation selected around your route, passengers and luggage. VIP & Executive Transportation adds a more personalized vehicle-selection process and allows you to request a preferred vehicle category, make or model, subject to availability.
Can I request a specific vehicle for VIP service?
Yes. Tell us the vehicle category, make or model you prefer. We will coordinate the best available option through our transportation network, subject to availability.
Which Puerto Viejo should I specify?
Costa Rica has both Puerto Viejo de Talamanca on the Caribbean Coast and Puerto Viejo de Sarapiquí in the Northern Region. Please specify which destination you need when requesting transportation.
