Plan your departure around your park booking

Morning tour start times are 8:00, 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. Choose and confirm your time directly with the park when booking. Activities last several hours, so an early departure helps you make the most of your day.

We recommend leaving at least three hours before your booked tour time:

  • 8:00 a.m. booking → recommended departure: 5:00 a.m.
  • 9:00 a.m. booking → recommended departure: 6:00 a.m.
  • 10:00 a.m. booking → recommended departure: 7:00 a.m.

Allow approximately 2½ hours for the drive without a breakfast stop, depending on your pickup point and traffic. The recommended three-hour lead time provides extra room for a possible breakfast stop and the complimentary Croc Skywalk stop. We coordinate the exact pickup time with you so you can aim to arrive before your booked start time; traffic and stop duration may require an earlier departure. You can also have breakfast during the Croc Skywalk stop. Allow approximately 30–40 minutes for this stop in addition to driving time. If you plan to have breakfast, we may recommend leaving more than three hours before your park booking. Breakfast purchases are not included.

What to bring

  • Valid ID; drivers need a valid driver’s license
  • Credit card for ATV/buggy deposit requirements
  • Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes
  • Long pants recommended for horseback riding
  • Sunscreen and insect repellent
  • Swimwear, towel and a change of clothes

Activity requirements

For the Tri-Combo, the park lists a minimum age of four. Its general policy requires ATV drivers to be at least 18 and hold a valid license; children 4–8 ride in a buggy and ages 9–17 ride as passengers on a double ATV. Zipline and horseback riding have a 250 lb (approximately 113 kg) limit. Pregnant guests cannot participate. Other activities have their own requirements.

Weather, waiver & cancellations

Waterfalls, swimming, trails and activity order depend on conditions and the park’s decisions. Complete the park waiver before arrival. Park ticket cancellations follow the park’s rules: generally 95% refund at least 24 hours before the activity; later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Transportation is a separate booking with its own conditions.
